Since childhood, competition has run through my veins, always with that hunger to achieve more, to push beyond my own limits.

My passion for racing began at the age of 4 when my parents gave me my first kart, but it was only two years ago that I had the opportunity to truly dedicate myself to the sport.

It all started with an invitation from my cousin, to show him what it really means to drive and attack every corner with full determination.

This adventure started about 4 years ago. I used to do a few laps at the Montijo Karting Track with a friend. On one of those sessions, one of the owners invited us to a race he was organising, and from there, it was just a small step to discovering Linksport.

Later, I challenged my cousin to join this small yet great world, and the rest is history.

Joana Moreira, 30 years old, São Pedro de Moel

I live in São Pedro de Moel with my dog, Kinder, and I am (forever) 30 years old. Since childhood, I have supported my father and brother in karting competitions. About two years ago, my brother challenged me to take part in a trophy race.

Since then, and thanks to the incredible people I have met in the Linksport family, karting has become a true passion.
